Welcome! I finally got my website up and running. Although it's not completely finished, I wanted to get it started before my season took off in high gear.

I'm on my way to the Bassmaster Classic in Shreveport, LA. I will be at the Expo in the Shreveport Convention Center Friday through Sunday. My time will be divided between the American Rodsmiths, Quantum, Mercury and the Academy Sports & Outdoors booths. The Academy booth is the official Women's Bassmaster Tour booth as well. Please plan on stopping by and saying "Hello". In the Mercury booth, they will be having a really fun event. All the Mercury Pros will be having a casting contest against one another. Stop by to check the schedule. I'm suppose to compete against Bill Dance on Friday sometime between 6-7 p.m.!!!

I believe this Classic will be one of the most exciting in it's history. I know the City of Shreveport and Bossier City have advertised this event a lot and expect record numbers of spectators. This will also be a history making event because the first woman ever will be competing in the Classic. Wish it were me.... but it's Kim Bain-Moore. I wish her all the best. She's a tough competitor and well deserving, after having won the 2008 WBT Angler of the Year title and the WBT Championship. I know about 60 of the women who fish on tour, will be at the Classic to cheer Kim on.

There will be so much to see and do at the Expo. Please stop by the American Rodsmiths booth to check out my signature series titanium rods. These are the rods that I use during competition and I must say, have made a significant impact in my fishing. There are 6 actions to choose from, but each is a quality titanium rod that is light weight and sensitive.

Hopefully I can find time to check out some of the new products at the Expo so I can give you a report of what's new and what I think will be effective new baits. Sometimes the choices are mind blogging, but every so often a new bait, technique or product will come out, that's really simple but catches bass! I think that's what we all want to learn. As I pick up new techniques or learn of new products that I feel will be beneficial, I will be glad to share those with you. Also, I'll share some old techniques that have worked for me and that have helped me win tournaments.
